It's easy to live the simple life at "La Vita Semplice". As soon as you walk in the front door, all your worries will melt away and you can focus on the important things - grilling, fishing, swimming and relaxing. Our house enjoys beach views from the front steps and the back balcony. Gaze off the back balcony to a tranquil pond with a sparkling fountain.
Our house is located at the beautiful Pointe West resort on the western end of Galveston Island. Pointe West is a master planned development and is a one-of-a-kind location on the island. To learn more about Pointe West, it's amenities and activities click here.
"La Vita Semplice" has been designed to make you and your family comfortable. Every bedroom comes with cable tv and a dvd player for your enjoyment. You'll find wireless high-speed internet and long distance calls in the US at no additional charge. Feel free to pack light as we have a washer and dryer for you to do a quick load of laundry.
Downstairs in the garage you'll find a ping pong table for your own tournament. You'll also find underneath the house a patio complete with table, chairs and a gas grill for you to enjoy.
The master bedroom is a private hideaway. You will enjoy a private bathroom, spacious walk-in closet and views of the water. Don't forget to open the private door out to the balcony to enjoy the scents of the beach and neighborhood grills.
Down a private hallway you'll find the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom comes with a queen size bed built for 2. There are twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. A full bath and the washer/dryer can be found back here as well.
The Living room has comfortable seating and a pull out couch for 2 more. It's a great space to play some board games , chat about the day or watch a movie on the 32 inch tv.
The well-stocked kitchen is ready for a gourment chef or amateur bartender. You'll also find a nice dining room table built for the family.
